SCF 100 CHOCOLATE – OIL FILTER SYSTEM

• The system has a timed waste cleaning piston that cleans the internal filter automatically or manually at the time which is set,
• The internal sieve cleaning system is made of polyethylene material and has a felt system,
• With its strong double piston system, the internal scraper moves the felt and the waste stuck in the system is discharged through the control valve at the bottom,
• The sieve can be completely disassembled, filters between 0.80 mm and 1.20 mm can be used,
• Its inside and outside can be completely made of 304 - 316 stainless material,
• The outer side of the chamber is double-walled, ½ water inlet and outlet are available,
• The pneumatic system operates in the air pressure of 6-8 bars,
• The filter has an air pressure control and a conditioner,
• A 6 mm sealing system is available on the connection points of the main cover and the internal filter,
• The product inlet and outlet parts are water heated and have a 2" inch flange connection,
• The electrical control system is 220V and a time relay is available,
