AWF 150 - HORIZONTAL PACKAGING MACHINE (WITH SERVO MOTOR)
- The control panel of our machine is equipped with a digital display and a touch screen,
- The sealing surfaces on the disk and jaw group of our machine are heat system, +/- 2C sensitivity is adjusted through "OMRON" brand digital display,
- In our machine, the height is adjusted according to the product length by touching the menu on the SERVO screen,
- The speed of our machine can be set automatically through the control panel and buttons.
- Thanks to the spring brake system, the bobbin flow continues with a constant spring rating until you run out of bobbin material.
- The chassis part of our machine is made of metal, the paper group is casting, the areas in contact with food, where the product to be packaged passes through are made of AISI 304 stainless material,
- The speed of our machine can be controlled between 40 and 120 pieces per minute depending on the product to be packaged,
- Our machine has a mounting hole for systems to be used in application of date imprints on the package,
- Gas supply system can be added to our machine "Optionally" for special products,
- Side transfer and automatic feeding system can be added to the feeding section of the packaging machine "Optionally",
