Technical Specifications

• Our machine is used to shape products such as fondant in hard and soft dough consistency, paste and marzipan,
• Production can be made in desired shapes; Grooved, Slotted, V type, D type can be modeled,
• The shaping mold can be replaced, It can be disassembled and cleaned,
• Molds are equipped with strip speed adjustment bolts,
• Main extruder motor is 5 Kw geared motor with double transfer and speed control,
• 8 – 16 – 24 rows of dough strips are provided,
• The machine belt is adjusted depending on the capacity and the width of the belt is 100 cm,
• The length of the product is controlled by the touch screen, it is cut at the desired length and the space between them is opened,
• A product monitoring photocell is available and the cutting process is started automatically,
• The machine is equipped with two-belt system, speeds of the belts are controlled individually,
• The PU belts of the machine are antibacterial and these are food grade belts,
• There are sensor-controlled pneumatic guides that prevent the belts from slipping,
• Belt cleaning and scraping system is available,
• The hourly capacity of the machine is 250 Kg, (It can be increased/decreased optionally)
• The total electric consumption of the machine is 6.5 Kw,
