• All surfaces of our machine in contact with food are made of Chromium Stainless Steel,
  DELTA / SIEMENS Brand 0.75kw SERVO DC MOTOR is used in the tray movement section, (SIEMENS electronic systems are available optionally)
  All controls are done through the LCD 7" inchTouchmatic screen. The screen control has manual operation page, automatic operation page, monitoring page and recipe page,
• The product cutting length (mm) can be set precisely,
• A 1.5 kw motor with 90 rpm drives the guillotine shear together with a reducer and speed control device,
• Our machine can operate at a speed of 100 revolutions (slice) / minute,
• It can cut a minimum of 3 mm and a maximum of 60 mm,
• There is a manual FLYWHEEL to adjust the blade easily,

• The tray part of the machine is equipped with a specially made PU plate system with nails to prevent the plate and Turkish delight from slipping on the tray while cutting quickly,
• The machine is equipped with a mechanical Turkish delight turning system, the turning position can be easily adjusted depending on the Turkish delight which is cut,
• The machine is equipped with a hand protection sensor. This sensor is of reflective type and SICK brand sensor is used,
• The movement of the tray is enabled by a ball screw, the ball screw and nut are from "INA - HIWIN",
• The bearings and beddings of the machine are from "ORS",
• The gear materials of the machine are from "HASSEL", the chains are from "ZIMAŞ",
• Our machine measures 2.20 m in length, 850 mm in width and 800 mm in height.
