• All surfaces of our machine in contact with food are made of 304 Chromium Stainless Steel, 
• Our machine has a new system with eccentric arms working inside and our first company designed it,  
• The electronic devices and electrical systems used in the machine are from DELTA / SIEMENS", (SIEMENS is offered optionally)
• Our machine is equipped with a DELTA / SIEMENS brand 3'' inch touch screen, all controls are done through this screen,
• The machine is equipped with a hand protection sensor. These sensors are of reflective type and are standardly "PEPPERLFUCHS" and "SICK" brands are used,
• The movements of the tray are controlled by magnetic sensors. When the cutting process is completed, the tray can be pulled to the starting point,
• A recipe saving system is available on the screen, 
• 0.75 KW geared motor with AC speed control device is used in the tray part,
• The machine is equipped with a mechanical Turkish delight turning system, (All Turkish delight turning positions can be adjusted)
• The eccentric arms of the machine have a bellows system, which definitely prevents dust from entering the machine,
• A 1.5 kw motor drives the guillotine shear together with a reducer and AC speed control device,
• The speed of the guillotine motor can be adjusted via the touchscreen,
• The machine is suitable for 380 V and 220 V 50-60 Hz operation voltage,
• Our machine measures 220 cm in length, 85 cm in width and 140 cm in height.
