Technical Specifications

1. It is a machine produced to prepare pre-mix based on chocolate mixer capacity,
2. Our machine is used for premixing sugar, oil, cocoa and other materials,
3. The premix is transferred inside through the walled pipes (Ball Mixer).
4. Our machines are completely made of  “AISI 304” Chromium stainless steel,
5. The double-walled tank is equipped with a water heating system and the wall pipes are kept warm by the circulation pump,
6. The electrical panel is available on it, it has a digital temperature display and the mixer is speed controlled,
7. Our machine has a 3 Kw mixer motor and a reducer,
8. The resistors used in the machine are 4.500 Watts x 2 pieces and PT 100 temperature controlled,
9. The water transfer motor is inverter controlled and it is an adjustable speed motor,
10. The electrical materials of the machine panel are from SIEMENS, the heat control devices are from AUTONICS,
11. Valves, pumps and other piping used in our machine are walled, have hot water circulation and are made of AISI 304 stainless steel,
12. The chocolate transfer pump has a 2.2 Kw cast iron motor and a 105 rpm reducer,
13. The capacity of the machine is 250 – 500 – 1000 Kg,
