• Our machine fills two or single-color chocolate into the container,
• The machine system can fill four or eight rows side by side, for both two-color and single-color,
• The weight range is between 50g - 750g, the desired weight can be filled precisely, the weight tolerance is +/- 0 gram, it gives the desired weight in all containers precisely,
• It has a drip prevention system for the nozzles,
• There are two separate depositors for black or white and the filling system works precisely with SERVO motors, SERVO motors are 2.000 watts x 2 pieces,
• It fills the container by dividing the product into four, two white and two black colors, optionally it can fill only black or only white chocolate,
• The depositors are made of 7075 Aluminum material, The pistons are made of AISI 303 Chromium material,
• "HIWIN and INA" brand ball screws are used, the timing belts are from "BANDO",
• Our machine has a 7" inch DELTA / SIEMENS touch screen control panel and can be positioned near the desired unit, (Siemens is offered optionally)
• The machine has a hot water system that heats the chocolate chambers, depositors and nozzles. It is a closed loop system with a 4.500 watts resistor, The hot water circulation system is inverter controlled,
• Temperatures are precisely adjusted on the screen, the ambient temperature of the cabin is adjusted by a mechanical thermostat,
• The machine has an air supply tank and a warning sensor that controls pressure loss,
• A complete pneumatic system controls the processes of taking the containers, filling them, lifting them and emptying them,
• The pneumatic materials are entirely from MAG or EXPFLEX,
• The filling machine operates with 6 - 8 bars of compressed air and consumes 260 Lt per hour,
• All sensors used in the machine are from "PEPPERLFUCHS" and "SICK",
• SERVO motors used in the machine are from DELTA, PLC and touch screens are from "DELTA",
• The magazine is prepared according to the container type and the conveyor belts are also prepared according to the container type,
• The container taking system takes them one by one from the magazine- fed setter and they are pulled down by the vacuum system. The vacuum system is time controlled,
• It has a warning system for feeding containers to the machine if the number of containers decreases,
• The container unloading system is a pneumatic system and the output system is a conveyor PU belt system ,
• The product decrease controlled sensors are used for the automatic feeding of chocolate into the chocolate feeding chambers,
• Pneumatic valves are used for automatic chamber filling system of the machine,
• The machine is suitable for remote access or WiFi control, (OPTIONAL)
