- The chocolate mixer should be preferably equipped with a program for melting butter, which depends on its capacity,
- Our machines are completely made of "AISI 304" Chromium stainless steel,
- The double-walled tank is equipped with a water heating system and the wall pipes are kept warm by the circulation pump,
- The upper part of the butter melting tank is produced with coil heater,
- The electrical panel is available on it and it has a digital temperature display,
- The resistors used in the machine are 2.500 Watts x 2 pieces and PT 100 temperature controlled,
- The water transfer motor is inverter controlled,
- The electrical materials of the machine panel are from SIEMENS, the heat control devices are from AUTONICS,
- Valves, pumps and other piping used in our machine are walled, have hot water circulation and are made of AISI 304 stainless steel,
- The butter transfer pump has a 1.5 Kw cast iron motor and a 250 rpm reducer (optional)
